İstanbul içme suyu dağıtım sisteminde su kayıpları kontrolü

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile Dünyanın büyük kentlerinden biri olan, ülkemizin ek kalabalık- şehri İstanbulu'un İçme-Kullanma ve endüstri suyu şebekesinde meydana gelen kayıp ve kaçakların hangi mertebede olduğu konusunda bilgi edinebilmek amacıyla pilot bölge olarak seçilen Avcılar-Büyükçekmece sistemi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla şebekeye verilen su ve tüketilen su miktarları tespit edilmiştir. Şebeke beslenme noktalarındaki debimetreler ile şebekeye verilen su tespit edilmiş, abonelere tahakkuk ettirilen miktarlar belirlenerek de tüketim hakkında bilgi edinilmiştir. Çalışmanın kapsamında İçme ve Kullanma suyu Şebekelerine verilen su miktarları debi metreler rutin olarak okunmuştur. Eski sayaçların ölçüm hataları deneylere tabi tutularak belirlenmiş, sayaçsız ve bedelsiz su kullanan birimlere sayaç takılarak kullanım miktarları belirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak üretilen su miktarından tahakkuk ettirilen su miktarı ve diğer kullanım yerlerinde kullanılan su miktarı çıkarılarak şebekedeki bilinmeyen kaçaklardan ve illegal bağlantılardan kaynaklanan kayıp su miktarı tespit edilmiştir. Seçilen pilot bölgede kayıp suların kontrolü için; Abone Bilgi Sistemi, SCAD A sistemi ve GIS'in ne şekilde uygulanabileceği anlatılmıştır. Sonuç olarak kayıp suyun en asgari ve kabul edilebilir seviye olan %10-15 seviyelerine düşürülmesi için önerilerde bulunulmuştur. With this work, Avcılar- Büyükçekmece system is investigated as a pilot area with a view to obtain an information with respect to on which level the leakages and loss are that come into existence in Istanbul's ( where is one of the biggest country and the most crowded city in Turkey) drinking -potable water and industry network. With this purpose, the water which is given to the network and the consumption water quantities are determined. Flow rate meters that are on the network points and the water that is given to the network are determined. Moreover, the information is obtained regarding the consumption by designating the accrued quantities to the subscribers. With the meaning of the research, the water quantities and the flow rates that are given to drinking - potable water networks are read as routine. The measure faults of old meters are designated by experiments. The meter is attached into the places where meterless and free water are used. So, the usage quantities are designated. As a result of this, the loss of water quantity is determined as removing the accrued water quantity and other water quantities that are used in other usage places from produced water quantity. In pilot area, it is explained, how to use SCADA and GIS. As a consequence of this, the suggestions are provided for decreasing the loss of water into minimum and acceptable level which is % 10- 15.
