Özet

The coherent anti-stokes Raman spectroscopy (CARS) technique was used for the first time to determine vibrational spectra of high temperature niobium pentachloride (NbCl5). Vapour phase CARS spectra of NbCl5 were obtained from the sample at temperatures 578 K, 623 K and 673 K for v(1) mode and 573 K for v(2) mode, respectively. The vibrational frequencies measured were 394 cm(-1) for v(1) mode and 312 cm(-1) for v(2) mode, respectively. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
