Özet

The results of ferromagnetic resonance measurements for microwires in the 75 GHz and 10 GHz frequency bands over a wide temperature range (300 K-0.5 K) are presented. Discussion and analysis of the magnetospectroscopy results are given in the paper. The possible reasons for the magnetoimpedance jump revealed in the vicinity of the low-field area are discussed. The disturbing influence of the microwire element on a high-quality open resonator structure is analyzed. We present here results of a thorough study of the resonance properties of microwires with the following compositions: Co<inf>68</inf>Mn<inf>7</inf>Si<inf>10</inf>B<inf>15</inf>; Fe<inf>69</inf>Si<inf>16</inf>B<inf>10</inf>C<inf>5</inf>; Co<inf>75</inf>Si<inf>10</inf>B<inf>15</inf>. © 2017 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
