Toplam verimli bakım ve uygulama planının hazırlanması ve bir sanayi kuruluşu uygulaması

Abstract

Toplam Verimli Bakım uygulaması, sanayi kuruluşlarında performans oranının artırılması, ürün kalitesinin yükseltilmesi, çalışanların daha iyi şartlarda ve daha profesyonel çalışmasını sağlamayı hedefler. Temel hedef; "sıfır duruş", "sıfır kaza", "sıfır hata" sürekli hale getirmektir. Toplam Verimli Bakım uygulaması gelişmiş sanayi kuruluşlarında, Amerika, Japonya ve Avrupa Ülkeleri gibi gelişmiş sanayi ülkelerinde uygulamasına karşılık, ülkemizde halen uygulama alanı oldukça azdır. Bu proje, "Toplam Verimli Bakım nedir?", "Uygulama hedefleri nelerdir?", "Toplam Verimli Bakım nasıl uygulanır?" gibi konular hedeflenerek hazırlanmıştır. Bir sanayi kuruluşunda uygulama örneği yapılarak, kayıpların önüne nasıl geçileceği, Toplam Verimli Bakımın uygulama hedefleri ve uygulama alanları ile ilgili çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Toplam Ekipman Verimliğinin artırılması ile ilgili çalışmalar yapılarak, başlangıç seviyesinde Toplam Verimli Bakım uygulamaları gerçekleştirilmiştir.Total Productivity Maintenance (TPM) aims to increase the performance rate, to improve the quality of production, to provide better condition, and more professional works. In other words, goals of TPM are to enhance equipment effectiveness and maximize equipment output. It strives to attain and maintain optimal equipment conditions in order to prevent unexpected breakdowns, speed loses and quality defects in process. Overall efficiency, including economic efficiency, is achieved by operating at optimal conditions through the life of equipment. The main objective is to provide a workplace where there is no error, delay or incidence. Although TPM program is applied in leading industrial countries in the world, it is ignored by industries in Turkey. It is the purpose of this study to explain definition of TPM, the aim of TPM and TPM activities in an agricultural machine factory in Turkey. The study about goals of application and TPM working area has been done, and the results of this program have been observed and discussed. Firstly, system of TPM program was built by preparing determination of all application steps. The applications prove that TPM program and content are different from classical maintenance. The observation results show that TPM program increases the effectiveness positively.
