Performans için ödeme sisteminin Sağlık Bakanlığı hastaneleri karlılığına etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmamızda 2004 yılı itibariyle uygulamaya konulmuş olan performans için ödeme sisteminin Sağlık Bakanlığı Hastaneleri'nde karlılığa etkisini araştırmak istedik. Sistemin ilgili kurumlarda amaçlanmış olan verimlilik ve performans artışına katkısı olup olmadığının gözlemlenmesinin, sistemin başarısının değerlendirilmesinde katkısı olacağını düşündük.Çalışmamızda anova ve faktör analizleri kullandık. Analizlerimiz sonucunda performans için ödeme sistemine geçildikten sonra, Sağlık Bakanlığı Hastaneleri'nde verimlilik ve performans artışı olduğunu tespit ettik.ANAHTAR KELİMELER: Performans, verimlilik, hastane performansı, hastane karlılığı, performans için ödeme sistemi

In our study, we wished to investigate the impact of pay for performance system, which had been implemented in 2004, on the profitability of State Hospitals. We thought observing whether or not this system did in fact contribute to the desired efficiency and performance increase at the relevant organizations would have a significant contribution in evaluating the success of the system.We employed anova and factor analyses in our study. According to the analyses results we determined that efficiency and performance have improved after the implementation of pay for performance system at State Hospitals.KEY WORDS: Performance, efficiency, hospital performance, hospital profitability, pay for performance, performance-based payment system.
