Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel özdeşleşme ve örgütsel sinizm arasındaki ilişkiyi ulusal yazında incelemiş olan bireysel çalışmaların toplam etki büyüklüğünü meta-analize yöntemi yardımıyla tespit etmektir. This study aims to determine the total effect size of individual studies, which have examined the relationship between organizational identification and organizational cynicism in the national literature, with the help of meta-analysis method. For this purpose, the data obtained from 13 individual studies (n = 3341) were tested with random effects model in Comprehensive Meta Analysis (CMA) software program by scanning individual studies with determined keywords. According to the results, it was seen that the effect size, which indicates the level of the relationship between organizational identification and organizational cynicism, was at medium level (ES =-0,301, p
