Demiryollarının stratejik önemi ve model ülke Türkiye'nin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, ülkelerin ekonomik ve sosyal yaşamında kilit niteliğinde rol oynayan ulaştırma, ve ulaştırma alt sistemlerinden olan demiryollarının stratejik önemini ve Türk demiryollarının durumunu irdelemek maksadıyla hazırlanmıştır. Giriş bölümünü takiben, ulaştırmanın işlevi ve ulaştırma sistemlerinin enerji tüketimi, yol yapım maliyetleri, çevreye olan etkileri (kirlilik, arazi kullanımı, trafik sıkışıklığı, kazalar) açısından karşılaştırılması, dünyada demiryollarının tarihsel süreci, dünyada yüksek hız trenleri ve kombine taşımacılığın ne aşamada olduğu, Türk demiryollarının tarihsel gelişimini ve bugünkü durumu, Türkiye ekonomisinde ulaştırma sektörü yatırımları ve sonuçları, güvenlik açısından demiryolunun önemi incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise ulaştırma sistemi ile ilgili değerlendirmeler ve öneriler yer almaktadır.

This operation was prepared in order to emphasise the transportation which plays key role in the economic and social life of the countries, stratejic importance of the railways which is the subsystem at transportation. After introduction part the comperision of the function of transportation and energy consumption of trnsportation systems, cost of highway construction and enviromental effects (pollution, traffic jow, accidents), it was pointed out that historical process of railways, highspeed trains and combined freight transportation, historical develepmont and today's condition of Turkish railways, after that transportation sectors and results in Turkish economy, the importans of railway as security were emphasized was done. Examinations about transportation systems must be done in order to include energy productive at transportation system, traffic accidents enviromental effects and first of all defence of country. The main idea of Turkey which has the power and stability in the region, should accept the stratejic importance of railways.
