Özet
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a complex neurodevelopmental condition characterized by difficulties in social interaction, communication skills, and behavior. Currently, there is no definitive diagnosis or treatment method for ASD. The gut microbiota, consisting of trillions of microorganisms living throughout the digestive system, plays significant roles in digestion, the immune system, and overall health. This study aims to investigate the relationships between Autism Spectrum Disorder and gut microbiota. In this context, potential connections between ASD and gut microbiota have been explored using deep learning methods. Using data collected from the American Gut Project, deep learning models were developed, and fusion methods were tested. The results obtained from these models are being analyzed to investigate potential relationships between ASD and gut microbiota..
