Geniş bir sıcaklık çalışma aralığı için entegre silikon basınç algılayıcısı

Abstract

İnce bir tek kristalli zar ve daha kalın bir silikon kenardan oluşan minyatür bir katı- hal piezoresistif basınç algılayıcısı tasarlandı ve çalışma ilkeleri ve imalat teknolojisi geniş bir şekilde anlatıldı. Silikon basınç algılayıcısının sıcaklık bağımlılığının ısıl kompanzasyonu için bazı elektronik devreler tasarlandı. Entegre devrelerin planar teknolojisi silikon zarlı basınç algılayıcısının imalatı için temel teknoloji olarak analiz edildi. Özel kompanze entegre devreli tek kristalli bir silikon basınç algılayıcısının mikroelektronik teknolojisi araştırıldı. -60°C-+125°C çalışma sıcaklık aralığında basınç algılayıcısının esas karakteristikleri çıkarıldı.

A miniature solid-state piezoresistive pressure sensor, which consists of a thin monocrystalline silicon membrane supported by a thicker silicon rim, is designed and principles of its work and fabrication -technology are widely described. Some electronic circuits for thermocompensation of the temperature dependence of the silicon pressure sensor are investigated. Planar technology of integrated circuits as the basic technology for fabricating silicon membrane pressure sensor is widely considered. The microelectronic technology of a monolithic silicon pressure sensor.with p-n junction compensation integrated circuits is elaborated and proposed. The main dependence characteristics of pressure sensor in the temperature working range from -60 °C to +125 °C are presented.
