As cybersecurity threats grow across enterprise IT systems, organizations face greater pressure to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities in real time. However, manual processes and fragmented tools often lack the speed, scalability, and integration required for effective vulnerability management. This paper presents Early Hunter, a modular and integrated platform designed to automate the detection, tracking, and management of software vulnerabilities. The system integrates with trusted external sources such as the National Vulnerability Database (NVD), OpenCVE, and Endoflife.date to continuously monitor product versions and associated risks. Through assetversion mapping, CVE tracking, workflow automation, and change management, Early Hunter enables real-time visibility and structured response mechanisms. By aligning IT assets with known threats and enabling proactive mitigation workflows, the system strengthens organizational cybersecurity posture and operational resilience.
