Özet

Analytical solution is studied for a rigid circular waveguide which has a finite gap on its outer wall. Following the Wiener-Hopf technique, problem is formulated as a Fredholm integral equations. Asymptotic evaluations of integrals are carried out and the field terms are determined explicitly. Finally, the influence of the different parameters (gap length, width of the waveguide, etc.) on the radiation are illustrated numerically.
