Endüstri 4.0 kapsamında yalın dijital dönüşüm: Kablo imalat sektöründe örnek uygulama

Abstract

Yalın Üretim bir ürünün oluşum sürecinin başından sonuna kadar işletmenin tüm kısımlarında israfların ortan kaldırılmasıdır. Endüstri 4.0 ise sanayi devriminden bu yana elektrik, bilgisayar vb. teknolojik gelişmelerin üretim alanındaki dijital iyileştirmelerdir. Bu çalışmada bu iki felsefenin, Yalın üretim ve Endüstri 4.0'ın, Dijitalleşen dünyada nasıl bütünleşik bir yapıda işletmeye tayfa sağlayacağı üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu faydalar; müşteri taleplerinin karşılanması, memnuniyetinin yükseltilmesi, üretimde meydana gelen maliyetleri azaltılması ve üretim akışındaki verimliliğin arttırılması olarak kısaca tanımlanabilir. Üretim ekipmanlarının Endüstri 4.0 kapsamında tüm süreçlerinde yalın dijital dönüşümünü esas alır. "Dijital Dönüşüm" olarak adlandırılan bu projede, üretim süreçlerinin iyileştirilmesine yönelik gerçek zamanlı ürünle stok takibinin yapılması, bahsi geçen verilerle verimlilik arttırıcı ve maliyeti düşürücü çalışmaların yapılması, bütün aşama süresince sistemin anında takip edilebilmesi ve raporların alınabilmesi kabiliyeti ile oluşmuş olan ve oluşabilecek bütün sorunların engellenmesi amaç edinilmiştir. Bahsi geçen çalışmada, yalın imalat sistemini uygulayan ve İstanbul ili Tuzla ilçesinde kablo imalat sektöründe faaliyette olan bir işletme içerisindeki yalın üretim hatlarının dijitalleştirilmesi süreçlerine değinilmiştir. Bahsi geçen kapsamda, Üretim Yürütme sistemleri, Sipariş Çizelgeleme Sistemleri, Sanal Gerçeklik Sistemleri, Bilgi Akışı Yönetme Sistemleri, Görüntü İşleme Yönetim Sistemleri, Dijital Kalite Dokümantasyon Yönetim Sistemleri, Büyük Veri Analiz Sistemleri ve Gerçek Zamanlı Konum Belirleme Sistemleri bütünleşik olarak incelenmiştir. Yalnızca araştırmadan elde edilmiş olan sayısal sonuçlarla dijitalleşmenin ne derece etkili olduğu ölçülemez. Yalın Dijital dönüşüm sürecinde işletmelerin verimliliğini arttırabilmeleri adına, organizasyonların tamamının bütüncül olarak birbirlerine destek vermeleri Endüstri 4.0 serüveninde başrol oynamaktadır. Ülkemizin Gelişmiş devletler seviyesine ulaşması ancak dijital dönüşüm ile olacağı kaçınılmaz bir sondur.Lean Production is the elimination of waste in all parts of the business from the beginning to the end of the product formation process. Industry 4.0 is the digital improvements in the production field of technological developments such as electricity, computers, etc. since the industrial revolution. This study focuses on how these two philosophies, Lean Production and Industry 4.0, will provide an integrated structure to the business in the digitalizing world. These benefits can be briefly defined as meeting customer demands, increasing satisfaction, reducing costs in production, and increasing efficiency in the production flow. It is based on the lean digital transformation of production equipment in all processes within the scope of Industry 4.0. In this project called "Digital Transformation", it is aimed to perform real-time product and stock tracking for the improvement of production processes, to carry out efficiency-increasing, cost-reducing studies with this data, to prevent all problems that occur and may occur with the ability to instantly monitor the system throughout the entire stage and to obtain reports. In this study, the digitalization processes of lean production lines in a company operating in the cable manufacturing sector in Tuzla district of Istanbul, which implements the lean production system, were discussed. In this context, Production Execution Systems, Order Scheduling Systems, Virtual Reality Systems, Information Flow Management Systems, Image Processing Management Systems, Digital Quality Documentation Management Systems, Big Data Analysis Systems and Real-Time Location Systems were examined in an integrated manner. The effect of digitalization cannot be measured with the numerical results obtained from the research alone. In order for businesses to increase their efficiency in the Lean Digital transformation journey, the holistic support of all organizations to each other plays a leading role in the Industry 4.0 adventure. It is an inevitable end that our country will reach the level of developed countries only with digital transformation.
