Yatırım projelerinde risk değerlendirme ve bir uygulama

Abstract

"Yatının Projelerinde Risk Değerlendirme ve Bir Uygulama1" konulu hu çalışmayla, orta ve uzun vadede projenin değerlendirilerek yatırımın gerçekleştirilip gerçekleştirilmemesi konusunda girişimcinin etkin karar alabilmesi amaçlanrmştır. Projenin enflasyon ortamında duyarlılık analizi yapılarak yatırımın yıllara göre seyri gözlenmiş, ayrıca teknolojik ve ar-ge yönünden değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır Proje değerlendirmede kullanmak için, fizibilite çalışmasından önce talep ve kurulu kapasite araştırması yapılmış, talebin yeterli olduğu görülmüştür Fizibilite ile proje ayrıntılarıyla ortaya konulmuş ve nakit akış tabloları elde edilmiştir Proje genel ve teknik olarak değerlendirilerek risk analizi tabloları elde edilmiştir. Projenin hangi durumlarda riskli olduğu, hangi hallerde kâra geçeceği tespit edilerek proje kabul şartları ortaya konulmuştur.

With this study entitled "Risk Assessment of Investment Projects and An Application" helping entrepreneurs in their decision making while they assess projects for middle to long-term benefits was aimed. Tecnological and R&D based reviews, and also the impact of inflation on the investment decision were demonstrated via a boatyard investment application. Before the feasibility study of the project, demand and available capacity were compared and it was shown that there is enough demand to encourage an investment. Then the feasibility study was undertaken and completed with the cash-flow tables for 20 years. In the final step, the risk analysis of the project was done and the conditions under which the project should be accepted or not were explained according to the result of the risk analysis
