Stratejik girişimciliğin firma yenilikçiliğine etkisi

Abstract

Günümüz sartlarında, tüm dünyada yasanmakta olan küresellesme, teknolojide yasanan degisimler, yeni pazarların olusması ve müsterilerin isteklerine verilen cevaplar vb. nedenler sonucunda isletmeler, stratejik düsünmeye ve stratejik planlamaya daha fazla önem vermek zorunda kalmıslardır. Bu sayede isletmeler gelecekte varmak istedikleri hedefleri analiz ederler. Bunun yanı sıra girisimcilik de ekonomik gelismenin temel bir dinamigi olarak görülmektedir. Bugün dünyada girisimciligi benimsemeyen ve bu konuda kendilerini gelistiremeyen firmalar günümüz piyasa sartlarında rekabet edememekte ve bunun sonucunda isletmeler yenilik yaratamadıgından dolayı piyasaya uyum saglayamamaktadırlar. Bu çalısmada girisimcilik ve firma yeniligi kavramları ile bunların bütünlesmesini, stratejik bir perspektif ile gerçeklestirilen girisimcilik faaliyetlerini, stratejik yönetim ve girisimcilik bütünlesmesini incelenecektir. Bu bütünlesme sonucunda stratejik girisimcilik kavramı bir model ile incelenip, stratejik girisimciligin firma yenilikçiligi üzerindeki etkileri belirtilecektir. Stratejik girisimciligin firma yenilikçiligine etkisinde firmanın risk üstlenmesi ile yenilik yaratıcı ortam ve yenilik yaratma arasında olumlu bir iliski görülmüstür. Aynı zamanda üst yönetim ve yönetim kurulunun stratejik kararları alması ile yenilik yaratıcı ortam ve yenilik yaratma arasında da olumlu bir iliski sözkonusudur. Bunların yanı sıra firma içindeki koordinasyonun da yenilikçilige olumlu etkisi görülmüstür.

Today, with globalization affecting all around the world, development in technology, new market oppornuties and the need of meeting customer needs and requests, enterprises have noticed the need of investing more in areas such as strategical planning, firms analyse their goals which they have to achieve. Also entrepreneurship is considered as one of the basic dynamics in economic development. Today, firms which do not take entrepreneurship seriously and develop their strategy without this basic dynamic, won?t be able to compete with other firms and adapt themselves and their position to new market conditions. This study deals with the entrepreneurship and developing firm concepts and their integration, entrepreneurship activites built up by a strategic perspective integration at strategical management and entrepreneurship. In conclusion of this integration, the concept of strategical entrepreneurship will be analysed in a sample and the effect of strategical entrepreneurship on firms? development will be expressed. The firm?s risk taking decision by the effect of strategical entrepreneurship on firm?s development, it is observed that there is a positive relation between creating innovation and innovation creating environment. By the way strategic decision taken by upper level managers, board of directors etc., affects the relationship between creating innovation and innovation creating enviroment in a positive manner. Also coordination inside firm has a positive effect on innovation.
