Modeling of Wave Diffraction by Complex Metallic One-dimensionally Periodic Semitransparent Gratings

Abstract

The subject herein is wave diffraction by one-dimensionally periodical multi-elements gratings formed by a few perfectly conducting closed screens placed on each period. We suggest the mathematically rigorous and numerically stable method for the efficient problem simulation. Our approach is based on a further extension of Analytical Regularization Method and its implementation for complex periodical structures.
