Abstract

Dünya siyasetinde söz sahibi olmanın yolu, enerjiye sahip olmak ya da enerjiyi kontrol etmekten geçer hale gelmistir. Dünya tarihi enerji için verilen mücadelenin örnekleri ile doludur. Bu her zaman açık olarak görülmeyip, özgürlestirme, terörle mücadele gibi isimlerle maskelenmeye çalısılsa da, asıl amacın ne oldugu kuvvetli bir sekilde kendini hissettirmektedir. Dünya genelinde enerji ihtiyacının sürekli olarak artması, enerji talebinin zamanında ve güvenilir bir sekilde karsılanmasını ve bu çerçevede ülkelerin enerji kaynaklarına sahip olma ve enerji dagıtımını kontrol altında bulundurma ihtiyacını ön plana çıkarmaktadır. Bu durum, ülkeler arasında uluslararası boyutta güç mücadelelerine neden olmakta, enerji kaynaklarına sahip olan veya yakınında olan cografyalar, bu mücadelelerin harekât alanı haline gelmektedir. Enerji kaynakları, çıkarıldıgı bölgeleri, tasındıgı güzergahları ve tasıma vasıtalarını da dogru orantılı olarak etkilemekte ve stratejik önemini arttırmaktadır. Bazı ülkeler enerji bölgelerinde olmanın avantajını kullanırken, bazıları tasıma yollarını ve vasıtalarını kontrol ederek güç elde etmeye çalısmaktadırlar. Bu kapsamda yapılan mücadelenin en siddetle yasandıgı Orta Dogu bölgesine, son yıllarda Hazar Bölgesi ve Orta Asya da eklenmistir. Bu bölgelere komsu olması sebebiyle de Türkiye'nin stratejik önemi artmıs, enerji terminali olması hususu ortaya çıkmıstır.

While some countries using the advantage of existing in the energy zones, some tries to obtain power by controlling the transporting vehicles and transporting ways. This struggle shows itself in the middle east and also Caspian Region and Eruasia have added this struggle in last years. Turkey?s strategic importance has increased and becoming energy artery topic came on the sceen, because of its neighborhood.
