İnsan bacağının sonlu elemanlar modelinin oluşturulması

Abstract

3D kullanışlı bir model oluşturmak, hacim model veya yüzey modeli gibi bir üç boyutlu bir model gerektirir. Son yıllarda, hacim modelin geometri eksikliği nedeniyle kinematik amaçlı simülasyonlarda yüzey modeller geniş ölçüde kullanılmaktadır. Bir 3D model oluşturmak için kullanılan genel metod, özel algoritmalarla 2D görüntülerden kontörlerle 3D yüzeylerini oluşturmaktır. 2D kontörler, her görüntü için manuel ayrıştırma veya yazılım programları tarafından otomatik olarak ayrıştırma uygulanarak elde edilir.Geliştirilen insan modelleri genelde sınırlı bir uygulamaya müsaade etmektedir. Bu nedenle insanla ilgili sonlu elemanlar modelinin geliştirilmesi son yıllarda önem kazanmıştır. Bu tezde de insan bacağı için sonlu elemanlar modelinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir.

To creat a three-dimensional functional model, a 3D model as a volume model or a surface model is needed. Recently, the surface models are widely used for the purpose of kinematic simulations because of the lack of geometry for volume model. A general method for creating a 3D model is to resconstruct 3D surfaces from the 2D contours of image dataset using specific algorithms. 2D contours are obtained using manuel segmentation for each image set or automatically by segmentation software.The human models which have been developed allows generally limited application. Developing human finite element modelling is getting importance in recent years because of that. The objective of thesis is to develop the finite element model for human leg.
