Ergimiş metali potadan kum kalıba dökme sürecindeki termal etkileşimler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Sonlu Elemanlar yöntemi ile ergimiş metalin potadan kalıba aktarım sürecindeki termal etkileşimler incelenmiştir. Dökümhane koşullarında, dökümün akışı incelenmiş, fiziksel ölçümler yapılmış, pota ile kalıp arasındaki metalin ısı kaybı sonlu elemanlar yöntemi ile analiz edilmiştir. Teorik olarak kalıba aktarılan ısı, metalin döküm sonundaki ısısı ve analiz sonunda elde edilen kayıp ısılar incelenmiştir. Sonlu elemanlar yazılımı olarak Ansys-Transient Thermal ve üç boyutlu yazılım olarak Inventor-Autodesk kullanılmıştır. Kalıp içindeki akışı gözlemlemek için Magma-Soft yazılımından faydalanılmıştır.

In this study thermal interactions of the molten metal during the transfer from the ladle to the sand mould is analyzed by using finite element method. Under the foundary conditions, the flow of the pouring is observed, physical measurements are done and heat losses are between the ladle and the sand mould is analyzed by using finite element methods. Heat is obtained with the summation of the teorical energy that is transfered to the mold, final heat of the metal and the loss heat that is calculated by the Ansys-Transient Thermal as a finite element analysis software and Inventor-Autodesk as a three dimensional software are used. To observe the pouring in the moulding, Magma-Soft sofware is utilized.
