İnteraktif eğitim ortamının tasarımı ve geliştirilmesi, nesneye yönelik analiz ve tasarım kursu örneği

Abstract

Bugünlerde, internet teknolojisine dayanan uzaktan kontrollü öğretim sistemlerine duyulan ilginin büyümesinin temel nedenleri vardır. Teknik gelişmeler ve yeni mesleklerin ortaya çıkmasıyla, verimli eğitim, ihtisası yükseltme, yeniden eğitme ve ek profesyonel eğitim gibi konularda talep oldukça artmıştır. Gittikçe artan hayat hareketliliği nedeniyle, mobil eğitim sistemlerine muazzam gerek duyulmaktadır. İnternet ağının gelişimi, uzaktan kontrollü eğitim için yeni perspektifler doğurmaktadır. Bu tezde, bir öğrenciye normal eğitimde sunulan fırsatlardan başka, Web-teknoloj isinin gelişmesiyle ortaya çıkan bir sıra yeni öğretim yöntemleride sunulumaktadır. Uzaktan kontrollü eğitim, yere ve zamana bağlı olmadan, var olan açık öğretim prensiplerine uygun, kendi başına ve şahsi talebe bağlı, kesintisiz eğitim fırsatını sunan ve bilgi alma ve kesintisiz eğitim alma gibi temel insan haklarını koruyan yegane fırsat haline gelmiştir. Bu çalışmada önerilen kurs, Web-CD teknolojilerine esasen geliştirilmiştir. İnternet ve CD yoluyla bilgi transfer teknolojisini avantajlarının entegrasyonunu teklif etmektedir. İnternet bağlantısının kalitesiz oluşu veya var olmaması uzaktan kontrollü kursun kullanım imkanını kısıtlamamak. İlkesine dayanarak esas bilgi hacmi, kurs içeriği, CD ile teslim edilmelidir. Bu fiziksel olarak kursu alma imkanını sunmakla birlikte, geniş hacimli bilgilerin en ucuz şekilde taşınmasına da katkıda bulunur. Öğrenci öğretmen iletişimi elektronik posta hizmetinden yararlanarak ve diğer internet kanalları vasıtasıyla gerçekleştirilmektedir. İnternet bağlantısı olmadığında bile kurs bağımsız bir şekilde alınabilmektedir.SUMMARY.Ik Distant learning is of great interest for the whole world today, especially bebaWst^oF Internet technologies fast progress. It is based on the people's real needs for effective education due to new professional interests permanent emergence, and also because of necessity of retraining, refresher courses organization and getting additional professional knowledge. Dynamic style of life dictates the mobile systems for education creation and use. The further Internet development combines possibility of commonly used forms of education with a number of new forms such as education by playing, functional training and many others, which have arisen because of the vast use of Web technologies. Distant learning is an excellent opportunity for getting knowledge independently of someone's time and residence. The example course is developed on the base of the so-called Web-CD technology applied in a number of universities, which proposes the university courses integrated delivery and use on CD and through the Internet. This technology is predicated on the assumption that the absence of Internet or its low quality must not be the obstacle for obtaining the knowledge permanently. So, the main content of the course is also spread on CDs. The latter are a cheap and accessible mean for carrying information. Interaction with the teacher is realized through the Internet. In the absence of the Internet, the course can be studied autonomously.
