Özet
Ever-changing market requirements necessitate quick adaptation for success and positive organizational outcomes. Among the leadership styles, transformational leadership becomes one of the most required leadership styles addressing the organizational needs efficiently by considering the organizational context, situations, the defined goals and expected role in a holistic way. Positive organizational outcomes could be fostered succesfully through leader effectiveness. In this context, we obtained 370 questionnaires from 78 firms analysis of this data figured out that personality had a significant determinant role in the emergence and prediction of transformational leadership to increase leadership effectiveness. The results further reveal interesting outcomes for both academicians and practicing managers and have several implications from theoretical and practical perspectives.
