Gebze ve çevresinde dermatofitlerin identifikasyonu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Gebze SSK Hastanesi ve çeşitli gruplara ait insanlardan 72 adet deri kazıntısı, tırnak ve saç örnekleri alınarak incelenmiştir. Bu örneklerden 43 (%59.8) dermatofıt türünün identifikasyonu yapılmıştır. Olgulardan izole edilen dermatofıt türleri ise sıklık sırasına görç; Trichophyton rubrum (%55.9), Trichophyton mentagrophytes (%25.6), Epidermophyton floccosum (%6.9), Trichophyton schoenleinii (%4.7), Trichophyton verruçosum (%2.3), Trichophyton tonsurans (%2.3), Microsprum canis (%2.3)In this study, 72 samples of skin scrapings, nail and hair were taken from Gebze SKK Hospital and people which belong to various groups. In addition, from these samples 43 (59.8%) kinds of dermatophytes were identified. The species of dermatophytes isolated from the cultures were; Trichophyton rubrum (55.9%), Trichophyton mentagrophytes (25.6%), Epidermophyton floccosum (6.9%), Trichophyton schoenleinii (4.7 %), Trichophyton verrucosum (2.3%), Trichophyton tonsurans (2.3%), Microsporum canis (2.3%).
