Özet
One of the problems of the auto parts industry is the occurrence of sustainable environmental effects by car industry factories in the production of each auto part. One of these effects is related to the destructive environmental effects left by the production of car doors. The environmental effects that are produced and remain during the production process of the car door and throughout the life cycle of this product must be analyzed and controlled by management methods. In this study, the purpose of investigating the environmental effects of car door design and production as a result of selecting a part with the least environmental effects in the entire life cycle of this part. For this purpose, AHP has been used as a method of analysis and selection of environmentally friendly product, which is very useful as an environmental model in sustainability to eliminate the shortcomings of the LCA method in the field of environment and sustainability. Environmental criteria are designed to reduce the environmental impact of a product over the entire life cycle of a product from the initial stage, ie design, to select the appropriate raw materials in the production of car doors and using the AHP method. The best raw materials with minimal effects that has environmental standards have been selected.
