Özet

Mathematically strong and numerically efficient approach for waveguides and cylindrical resonators of arbitrary profile simulation is suggested. The approach is based on new implementation of Analytical Regularization Method. Numerical simulation of the waveguides and resonators for E-(TM-) polarized waves demonstrates the method efficiency and reliability. © 2009 EuMA. © 2010 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
