After the Industrial Revolution, the involvement of factories to in free work areas such as homes and workshops, the determination of working times with a focus on 'more production' and the management of the employee in a rigid management style appear as non-flexibility labour. In this period, when the working individual turns into a machine, creativity is ignored and mass and cheap production comes to the fore. In the late 20th century, the path of competition changed with the social and economic changes following globalisation and diversity in consumer preferences. In response to the competitive conditions of this period, a creative workforce that an educated, qualified, compatible with change has gained importance, and therefore the concept of flexibility has comes into prominence in the work style. In addition, the concept of creativity, which includes innovation and originality, emerges as an important strategy element of the period in providing international competitive advantage for the economy. The effects of flexible working, which changes the limiting place, time and management style, on creativity are a debatable issue. Therefore, the creative industries, whose labor is valuable for economic growth and meeting market demands, are moving towards flexible working conditions. This study aims to investigate how creativity in industrial design, which is one of the creative industries with an important role in economic development, is affected by flexible working conditions. In the scope of the research, a questionnaire was applied to determine the effect of flexible working conditions on the creativity of industrial designers in Turkey. By analysing the data obtained as a result of the study, the effects of flexible attitudes provided in terms of working place, time and management style on the creativity of industrial designers were determined.
