Servis proses tipleri ve iş stratejisinin yönetim kontrol sistemi ve organizasyonel performans üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmada, proses tipi ve iş stratejisinin, yönetim kontrol sistemi ile organizasyonel performans üzerine etkilerinin araştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Bu hedefi gerçekleştirmek için Gaziantep çevresinde faaliyet gösteren çeşitli sektörlerdeki 187 şirketin orta ve üst kademe yöneticilerine uygulanan anketlerden elde edilen veri, SPSS programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analizlerden elde edilen bulgulara göre, Gaziantep'te faaliyet gösteren firmaların organizasyonel performansı yönetim kontrol sistemi ve maliyet liderliğinden, yönetim kontrol sistemi ise maliyet liderliği iş stratejisinden etkilenmektedir.

In this study, type of process and business strategy, management control system is aimed to investigate the effect of organizational performance. To achieve this goal, Gaziantep around 187 companies operating in various sectors of the middle and upper level managers are applied to data obtained from questionnaires, were analyzed using SPSS program. According to the findings of the analysis, organizational performance management of the companies in Gaziantep and cost control systems in leadership, management control system is influenced by the business strategy of cost leadership.
