Özet

The numerical simulation of the electromagnetic properties of the planar waveguide defect was made. Hereof, transmission coefficient spectra were obtained as the function of the external magnetic field for the planar waveguide defect with the YIG film. From these spectra, both parameters of the collective coupling strength g/(2?) and spin-number-normalized photon-magnon coupling strength g<inf>N</inf> were received. The parameters of the planar waveguide were determined for which the value of the spin-number-normalized photon-magnon coupling strength has reached 10.3 Hz at the frequency of 5.0 GHz. It was shown that the additional use of a lumped element in the form of a capacitance makes it possible to significantly reduce the resonator length by a factor of 5. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
