İstanbul'da tarihi doku ve yapılarda yeni yapı ve eklerin mimari açıdan değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Tarihi dokular: geleneğe eklemlenerek süregelen, tarihsel sürecin göstergesi, mimari birikimi izleyebildiğimiz yerlerdir. Gelişen teknoloji ve insanların değişen ihtiyaçları sebebiyle bu yerler; değişimlere maruz kalır. Bu değişimler tarihi yapıya eklemlenen yeni ekler veya tarihi dokuya getirilen yeni yapılar olarak öne çıkar. Bu eklemlenmeler: tarihi dokuya saygılı, baskın ya da onu taklit eden yaklaşımlarla yapılır. Bu eklerin benimsenmesi ve kabulü konusunda semt sakini kullanıcılar, uzmanlar ve işverenler arasında görüş farklılıkları olabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada görüş farklılıklarının ve ortak görüşlerin neler olduğunun tespiti amacıyla; tarihi dokuya ve yapıya eklenen yeni ekler ve yapıların: kullanıcılar, uzmanlar ve işverenler üzerindeki etkileri Delfi Anket Yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Bu çalışmada İstanbul'da tarihi doku ve yapılardaki yeni eklerin ve yapıların mimari tasarım kriterleri incelenmiş, bu ölçütler ışığında İstanbul'dan örnekler seçilmiş ve Delfi Anket Yöntemi kullanılarak uygulanan anketlerle yeni yapı ve eklerin: kullanıcılar, uzmanlar ve işverenler üzerindeki etkileri yorumlanmıştır.Historical texture are the places where we can trace the architectural accumulation, the indicator of the historical process, which continues by being articulated with the tradition. Due to the developing technology and the changing needs of people, these places; is subject to changes. These changes stand out as new additions to the historical structure or new additions brought to the historical sites. These articulations are made with approaches that respect, dominate or imitate the historical texture. There may be differences of opinion among residents, experts and employers on the adoption and acceptance of these additions. In this study, in order to determine the differences of opinion and common views; The effects of new additions and structures added to the historical texture and structure: users, experts and employers were examined by Delphi survey method. In this work, the architectural design criteria of new additions and structures in historical textures and structures in Istanbul were examined, examples from Istanbul were selected in the light of these criteria and the effects of new structures and additions on residents, experts and employers were interpreted with the questionnaires to be applied using the Delphi method.
