Savaşta ve barışta Türkiye'nin savunması açısından denizaltı gücünün stratejik etkileri

Abstract

Deniz Gücünün ne kadar önemli ve de gerekli oldugu hakkında yapılan bir çok çalısmadan hareketle denizaltı gücünün deniz gücündeki yeri ve alınması gereken derslerin neler olabileceginin incelenmesinin Türk Deniz Kuvvetleri açısından faydalı olacagı düsünülerek bu tez çalısmasına baslanılmıstır. Bu kapsamda tezin yapısına göz atılacak olunursa, öncelikle Denizaltıcılıgın Tarihçesi incelenmis ve Günümüzde Ülkelere Ait Denizaltılar listelenmistir. Müteakiben Amerikalı Amiral Mahan'ın Deniz Hakimiyeti Görüsüne ve Atlantik Harekatında Denizaltı Harbine deginilmistir. Tüm bunlardan yola çıkılarak Türk Deniz Kuvvetlerinde Denizaltı Gücünün Etkileri dolayısıyla da Türkiye Savunmasında Denizaltı Gücü incelenmistir. Sonuç bölümünde ise denizaltı gücünün tarihsel süreç ve gelecek spektrumundaki yolculugu degerlendirilerek bir takım tahmin ve yargılara varılmıstır.According to the studies about the importance and necessity of Sea Power, this thesis has been written by the ideas of how important would be submarine power in the future of sea power and what lessons should be taken for future benefits of Turkish Naval Forces. Within this context, if we going to have a look at thesis, first history of the submarine is taken under study and listed submarines of the countries at the present. After that, I have mentioned American Admiral Mahan?s concept of maritime reign and war of the submarine in the Atlantik operation. From all this; the positive effect of submarine power in Turkish Naval Forces and also importance of submarine power at defencing of Turkey have been anlyzed and studied. At the conclusion, it is made some estimations and forecasts by evaluating historic process and future journey of submarine power.
