Özet
Software development has nowadays reached a wide adoption due to increasing demands from varying kinds of organizations and it, as a complex domain, adopts increasingly more Agile approaches. This interest is parallel to what the academic literature on Agile poses. However, despite this prevalence, there is a lack of bibliometric research on Agile. Considering this gap, we performed a quantitative bibliometric analysis of Agile publications worldwide using Scrum as the method. We provide a summary of relevant academic studies that emerged in Agile research by focusing on many aspects including bibliometric properties of papers, researchers, affiliations, and thematic contents. After delivering the results based on these aspects, we discussed the results and findings of our study. © 2023 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
