Kazanılmış değer analizi metodunun bir tersane projesine uygulanması

Abstract

Yöneticilerin performansına etki eden pek çok etmen olabilir. Bu çalışmada amaç; değişkenlerden maliyeti baz alarak 45 m Mega Yat projesine uygulamak ve Kazanılmış Değer Analizi Yöntemiyle irdelemektir. Araştırma için gerçekte var olan ve şu an yapımına devam edilen BN80 projesi seçilmiştir. Maliyet hesaplamalarında proje planından sapmalar grafiklerde ve tablolarda gösterilmiş ve tez içerisinde yorumlaması yapılmıştır. Kriz, yapımına devam edilen teknenin hesaplanan maliyetlerini olumsuz yönde değiştirmiş ve olması gerekenden daha yüksek maliyetlerle projenin tamamlanmasına sebep olmuştur.
