İkinci dereceden Diophantine denklemlerinin rasyonel çözümlerinin varlığı hakkında çıkarımda bulunmamızı sağlar. Ancak, bu yöntem kuadratik formlar dışında çalışmaz. Hasse ilkesinin bu çöküşü bazı durumlar için Brauer-Manin tıkanıklığı ile açıklanabilir. Çalışmamız bunun nasıl gerçekleştiğini açıklamaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Hasse principle is one of the important theorems of number theory. It facilitates us to make illation about the existence of rational solutions of quadratic Diophantine equations. However, this method does not work in non-quadratic forms. In some cases, the failure of the Hasse principle can be explained by Brauer-Manin Obstruction. This study explains how this process works. | |
