Özet

In this study, the hybrid microwave-magnon structure consisting of the planar microwave resonators and the YIG thin film sample has been investigated computationally. The simulations have been performed using the finite element method (FEM) with the use of commercial software (CST Studio Suite). The planar microwave resonator has been realized as doubled inverse split ring resonator (DISRR) on the ground plane of the broadband microstrip structure by using a low-loss commercial microwave substrate. A strong interaction between the YIG and the microwave resonator is observed in the dispersion curves of ISRR, while its magnitude is smaller in the DSRR configuration.
