Elektrik piyasalarında gün öncesi piyasası ve uygulaması

Abstract

Son on yıllık süreçte enerji fiyatlarının artması ülkeleri enerjinin arz güvenliği, tedarik maliyeti kapsamında önlemler almaya sevk etmiştir. 1980?li yıllarda başlayan özelleştirme akımının da etkisiyle, dünyada elektrik sektöründe yeniden yapılanma süreci başlamıştır. Oluşturulan yeni yapı içerisinde dengeleme ve uzlaştırma piyasası organize tek toptan ticaret piyasası olması nedeniyle önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada; Ülkemizde Elektrik piyasalarının yapısal ve işlevsel anlamda tarihsel gelişiminden bahsedilmiş olup, sürece Ülkemizden önce başlayan Dünya örneklerine yer verilmiştir ve Türkiye?deki Elektrik Piyasasında Gün Öncesi Piyasası ve Dengeleme Güç Piyasasına değinilmiştir. Ülkemiz uygulamaları ile bölgesel fiyat uygulama yöntemi bir örnek ile anlatılmıştır ve söz konusu uygulamanın marjinal fiyatlar üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The increase in energy prices over the last decade has led the countries to take precautions for security of energy supply, cost, and effective use of supply. With the impact of privatization movement in the 1980s; worldwide restructuring of the electricity sector has begun. The balancing and settlement market is very crucial in the restructured electricity market since it is the only organized electricity wholesale market. In this study, historical development of electricity markets in our country is discussed in structural and functional sense. Examples from the world, which had begun the process before our country, are given and Day-Ahead Market and the balancing power market, within Turkey Electricity Market, are referred. Locational marginal price application method of our country is explained with an example and it is found in this study that Locational marginal price application method affect the prices positively.
