Endüstri 4.0 kritik başarı faktörlerinin belirlenmesi: GOSB Teknopark firmaları üzerine uygulama

Abstract

18. yüzyılda başlayarak devam eden sanayi devrimleri üretimlerin yapısını, ülke ekonomilerini ve toplumları etkilemiştir. Henüz hayatımıza yeni girmiş olmasına rağmen Endüstri 4.0, bilginin hızla yayıldığı günümüz ortamında ülkelerin rekabet edilebilirliği için oldukça önem arz etmektedir. Ancak yapılan literatür incelemesinde ülkelerin rekabetinde bu denli önemli rol oynayan Endüstri 4.0'ın kritik başarı faktörlerinin neler olabileceğine dair yapılan çalışmaların sınırlı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma kapsamında Endüstri 4.0 sürecinde kritik başarı faktörlerine yönelik odak grup çalışması yöntemi ile faaliyetlerini GOSB Teknopark'ta sürdüren ve Endüstri 4.0 çözümleri üreten 19 teknoloji firması üzerinde araştırma gerçekleştirilmiş ve gerek işletmeler gerekse de devletler düzeyinde atılması gereken adımlar belirtilerek yol haritası sunulmuştur.Industrial revolutions, which started in the 18th century, affected the structure of production, country economies and societies. Although it has just entered our lives, Industry 4.0 is very important for the competitiveness of countries in today's environment where information is spreading rapidly. However, in the literature review, it has been determined that there are limited studies on what the critical success factors of Industry 4.0, which plays such an important role in the competition of countries, could be. Within the scope of this study, research was carried out on 19 technology firms, producing industry 4.0 solutions in GOSB Technopark with the focus group study method on critical success factors in the Industry 4.0 process, and the road map was presented by stating the steps to be taken at both the enterprises and the state level.
