0.90 PMN – 0.10 PT dokulu kalın filmlerin elektrokalorik özelliklerinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında 0.90 PMN- 0.10 PT kompozisyonuna sahip relaksör ferroelektrik seramiklerin dokulu ve dokusuz olarak üretimi ve karakterizasyonu amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada bu amaçla kuru pres ve şerti döküm yöntemleri ile seramikler elde edilmiştir. Örnekler şerit döküm yöntemiyle BaTiO3 (BT) ve SrTiO3 (ST) tez kristal şablonlar kullanılarak yönlendirilmişlerdir. Seramiklerin XRD sonuçları karşılaştırılmış ve dokulu seramiğin [001] yönünde tercihli yönlendiği tespit edilmiştir. Doku oranı hesaplanmıştır ve en yüksek değer >%95 olarak raporlanmıştır. Seramik örneklerin mikroyapıları taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelenmiştir. Ana hedef olan analizler dolaylı ölçüm (indirect measurement) yöntemiyle yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma American Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) tarafından FA9550-18-1-0450 nolu proje ile desteklenmiştir.

In this thesis, it was aimed to produce and characterize the relaxer ferroelectric ceramics with 0.90 PMN-0.10 PT composition as textured and random. For this purpose, ceramics were obtained by dry press and tape casting methods. The samples were oriented by strip casting method using BaTiO3 (BT) and SrTiO3 (ST) theses crystal templates. The XRD results of the ceramics were compared and it was determined that the textured ceramic was preferentially oriented in the [001] direction. Tissue ratio was calculated and the highest value was reported as >95%. Microstructures of ceramic samples were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM).
