Özet

Magnetic and magnetoimpedance features of granular nanostructures were analyzed. Specimens, measuring 10 ?m in thickness, were fabricated using ion-beam deposition. It was found that the largest giant magnetoresistance impedance (GMI) magnitude was detected for concentration X=46-47%. The results show that spin-dependent tunneling doesnot depend on frequency in a wide frequency range, since the GMI amplitude at 30-50 GHz is almost same as that for MRE in transmission mode at infrared frequencies. © 2008 Elsevier B.V., All rights reserved.
