Sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve iş birliğinin firma performansı üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Günümüzün üretim ve tüketim alışkanlıkları yaşadığımız dünyaya geriye dönüşü olmayan zararlar vermekte ve gelecek kuşakların var olma şansını giderek azaltmaktadır. Mevcut durumu kavrayan, bugünün daraltıcı koşullarından sıyrılan geleceğe yönelik bakış açıları, davranış ve eylemlerin oluşturulma gerekliliği kaçınılmazdır. Tedarik Zincirlerinden öncelikli beklenilen; sosyal ve çevresel anlamda zarara değil, faydaya imza atmaları ve yasaların belirttiği çalışma şekillerinin ötesine geçip yaşam adına fark yaratmalarıdır. Sürdürülebilirlik uygulamaları kuruluşları tedarik ağları içinde çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik performansın geliştirilmesi zorunluluğunu sunar. Firmalar tedarik zincirindeki belirsizlikler altında sürdürülebilirliğin çevresel ve sosyal boyutlarını uygularken hem firma hem de tedarik zinciri performansını geliştirmek ve iyileştirmek için organizasyonların dışına bilgi almak için iş birliği çabalarını geliştirirler. Sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamalarının firma performansı üzerine etkileri araştırmacılarca sıklıkla incelenmekte olup tedarik zinciri iş birliği ve tedarik zinciri belirsizliği altında performansın nasıl etkilendiği sorusu bu çalışma ile amaçlanmaya çalışılmakta ve bilinen kadarıyla alanında ilktir. Literatür taramasına dayanarak geliştirilen kavramsal çerçeve sonrasında önceki araştırmalarda kullanılan anket soruları benimsenerek araştırma hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Önerilen kavramsal modeli test etmek için Kısmi En Küçük Kareler (PLS) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar, sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri yönetiminin tedarik zinciri performansı ve tedarik zinciri iş birliği ile olumlu bir şekilde ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Tedarik zinciri iş birliğinin tedarik zinciri performansı üzerinde olumlu bir etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. Tedarik zinciri performansı, firma performansı ile olumlu bir şekilde ilişkilidir. Ayrıca tedarik zinciri belirsizliği, iş birliği, sürdürülebilir tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve tedarik zincir performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi yönetir.

Today's production and consumption habits cause irreversible damage to the world we live in and gradually reduce the chances of future generations to exist. It is inevitable to comprehend the current situation and to create future perspectives, behaviors and actions that escape from today's constricting conditions. Our primary expectation from supply chains; their signing benefit, not harm in social and environmental terms, and making a difference in the name of life by going beyond the working methods specified by the laws. Sustainability practices offer organizations the obligation to improve environmental, social and economic performance within their supply networks. Firms develop collaborative efforts to get information outside of organizations to develop and improve both firm and supply chain performance while applying the environmental and social dimensions of sustainability under supply chain uncertainties. The effects of sustainable supply chain management practices on company performance are frequently examined by researchers, and the question of how performance is affected under supply chain collaboration and supply chain uncertainty is aimed with this study and is the first in its field as far as it is known. After the conceptual framework developed based on the literature review, the survey questions used in previous studies were adopted and the research hypotheses were tested. Partial Least Squares (PLS) method was used to test the proposed conceptual model. The results show that sustainable supply chain management is positively associated with supply chain performance and supply chain collaboration. In addition, supply chain collaboration has been found to have a positive impact on supply chain performance. Supply chain performance is positively correlated with firm performance. It also manages the relationship between supply chain uncertainty, collaboration, sustainable supply chain management and supply chain performance.
