Kentsel deprem tehlike ve risk değerlendirmesi: Pendik ilçesi örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile yeni yerleşim bölgelerindeki/kentsel dönüşüm alanlarındaki ve/veya mevcut yerleşim alanlarındaki mevcut yapıların depremsel açıdan değerlendirilmesi ve sonuçlarının irdelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu maksatla; İstanbul ili, Pendik ilçesinin mevcut yapı envanterinden faydalanılarak gerekli çözümlemeler yapılmaya çalışılacaktır. Yapılacak çalışmada envanter yapı grupları harita üzerinde oluşturulacak alanlara tekabül edecek şekilde işlenmekte ve bu işlenen alanlar RED-RİSK GLOBE programı aracılığı ile çözümlenmeye ve irdelenmeye çalışılacaktır. Yapılacak analizler sonuçlarına göre olası deprem durumundaki senaryonun yaklaşık olarak belirlenmesine çalışılacak ve bu şekilde ilerde yapılacak yapılaşmalarda göz önünde bulundurulabilecek tahmini bir yaklaşımın oluşturulmasına çalışılacaktır. Çalışma kapsamında Pendik ilçesinin analizi yapılırken mevcut envanter bilgisine göre mahallelerde meydana gelecek deprem sonrası senaryolar deterministik yöntem ile ele alınacaktır.With this study, it is aimed to evaluate the existing structures in new settlements / urban transformation areas and/or existing settlements in terms of seismicity and to examine the results. According to the results of the analyzes to be made, an approximate determination of the scenario in the event of a possible earthquake will be tried, and in this way, an attempt will be made to create an estimated approach that can be taken into account in future constructions. While analyzing the Pendik district within the scope of the study, post-earthquake scenarios that will occur in the neighborhoods will be discussed using deterministic approach according to the existing inventory information.
