Dezenfektan maddelerin bakteriler üzerine olan etkileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada dezenfektan maddelerin bakteriler üzerine olan etkileri araştırılmıştır. Dezenfektan I (glutaraldehit, benzalkonum klorür, povidon iyot, propiyonik asit, nonil fenol etoksilat) ve Dezenfektan II (glutaraldehit, benzalkonyum klorür, nonil fenol etoksilat, propiyonik asit, povidon iyot) materyallerinin bazı bakteriler (Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus) ve bir maya suşuna (Candida utulis) karşı antimikrobiyal aktiviteleri test edilmiştir. Dezenfektan maddelerden hazırlanan çeşitli dilusyonlar bakterilere uygulanmış ve sonuçlar grafiklerle gösterilmiştir. Besi yerlerine yayma yöntemiyle ekilen bakteri ve maya suşlarının ortasına açılan kuyucuklara dezenfektanlar konularak etki zonları tespit edilmiştir. Bu denemeler sonucunda Dezenfektan I 'e en duyarlı bakterinin Salmonella olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Dezenfektan II ' ye en duyarlı bakteri türü ise Staphylococcus aureus olarak tespit edilmiştir. Dezenfektan materyallerine en yüksek direnci gösteren ise Bacillus cereus bakteri türü olarak bulunmuştur. Aynı dezenfektan materyallerinin Candida utulis mayası üzerinde ise kuvvetli fungisidal etkiye sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir. Dezenfektan materyallerinin içinde ise Dezenfektan II 'nin Dezenfektan I 'den daha kuvvetli etkiye sahip olduğu gözlenmiştir.In this study effects of the several disinfectants on several bacteria were searched. Antimicrobial activities of Disinfectant I (benzalkonium chloride, glutaraldehyde, iodine, nonyl phenol, propionic acid) and Disinfectant II (benzalkonium chloride, glutaraldehyde, iodine, nonyl phenol, propionic acid) matters were tested on some bacteria ( Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus ) and ferment {Candida utulis). Several dilutions of disinfectans were applied to the bacterias and the results were tabulated as graphics. Bacterias were planted using spreading method on petri dishes and. Disinfectants were placed onto the middle of effects zones. It is observed that Salmonella found to be the most sensitive bacteria againts Disinfectant I Staphylococcus aureus was the most sensitive bacteria againts Disinfectant EI. Bacillus cereus was found to be the most sensitive bacteria for Disinfectant n. For Candida utulis it was observed that some disinfentants have pota strong effect on it. Disinfectan II has got a stronger effect than Disinfectant I.
