Kamyon hidrolik silindir bağlantı braketinin optimum tasarımı

Abstract

Bu tezde kamyonlarda kullanılan direksiyon sistemlerine değinilmiş, sistemin bir parçası olan hidrolik silindirin, şasiye bağlantı braketi ile ilgili ağırlığını azaltmak amacıyla optimizasyon çalışması yapılmıştır.Önce mevcut parçanın statik analiz sonuçları elde edilmiştir. Ardından topolojik optimizasyon yöntemi ile dolu parçadan konsept model oluşturulmuştur.Sonuncu bölümde ise elde edilen konsept model, parametrik olarak modellenmiştir. Sonrasında deney tasarımı yöntemi ile parametrelerden tasarım noktaları belirlenmiştir. Bu noktalar analiz edilerek eğriler uydurulmuş ve bu eğriler değerlendirilerek optimum tasarım elde edilmiştir.

Within this thesis first, the steering system of trucks has been mentioned, afterwards as a part of the steering system, the bracket which mounts hydraulic cylinder to chassis has been optimized to reduce the part weight.Before optimization process, first a static analysis of the reference model has been obtained. Furthermore, an optimized concept model has been generated from the filled bracket by using the method of topology optimization.In the last section, the concept model turned into a parametric model. Moreover, using the experimental design method design points determined from the parameters. By analyzing these points response surfaces have been generated, thus the optimum design has been obtained by evaluating the response surfaces.
