Özet
This study examines the moderating effect of ethical climate on positive job attitudes in Marmara Region in Turkey. The aim of this study is to measure the correlation between two variables, and to explore the moderating effect of ethical climate on satisfaction and commitment. For this aim, data were collected from 192 large companies. Results indicate the positive relation between job satisfaction dimensions and affective commitment and continuance commitment.
