Enformasyon paylaşımı, bütçesel katılım ve iş memnuniyetinin çalışan performansı üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Çalışmamızın amacı, enformasyon paylaşımı, bütçesel katılım ve iş memnuniyetinin çalışan performansı üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektir. Bu incelemeyi gerçekleştirmek için ihtiyaç duyulan veri, oluşturulan bir anketin farklı sektörlerden 107 orta ve üst düzey yöneticiye uygulanmasıyla elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda enformasyon paylaşımı ve iş memnuniyetinin performansı olumlu etkilediği, buna karşın bütçesel katılımın performans üzerinde istatistiki olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin bulunmadağı sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of our study is to research the effects of information sharing, budgetary participation and job satisfaction on worker performance. The data needed to achieve this study was obtained by applying a questionnaire to 107 mid-level and senior managers from various sectors. In the consequence of the analysis of the datas gathered it was observed that information sharing and job satisfaction affect performance positively, but on the other hand budgetary participation does not have a significant effect on performance statistically.
