Sosyo-kültürel değerlerin Denizli sanayi kalkınmasındaki etkileri açısından Babadağ örneği

Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında Babadağ ilçesi Kökenli Tekstil Sanayicilerinin Denizli'nin sınaî kalkınmasında, öncülük yapmaları, onların özellikle sosyo-kültürel değerleri incelenerek açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla ilk dört bölümde Babadağ ilçesinin monografisi çıkarılmış, beşinci bölümde Babadağ'h sanayicilerin Denizli'deki etkileri ve gelişimleri açıklanmış, altıncı bölümde ise sanayi-iş ahlakı etkileşim biçimleri incelenmiştir. Tezin dayandığı varsayım olan gelenekli yapının modern sanayi ile uyum sağlaması, modernleşme ile çatışmayıp, modernleşmenin itici gücü olması, Babadağ grubu örneği ile bir sosyal gerçeklik kazanmıştır.

In this thesis, the pioneering of the enterpreneurs with Babadağ origin to the development of Denizli's textile industry, especially focusing on their socio-cultural values is studied. In the first four chapters, the monographic picture of Babadağ town has been drawn. In the fifth chapter, the achievements of the enterpreneurs from Babadağ and their effects on Denizli and in the sixth chapter, the interactions between industry and work ethic are investigated. The compatibility of the traditional social structure with the modern industrial life and the stimulating rather than handicaping effect of the traditions towards the modernization which was the essential proposition of our thesis, has become a social reality with the study of the enterpreneurs with the origin of Babadağ.
