This study revealed the importance of the role of leadership in establishing high qualified leader member exchanges (LMX) by comparing the impacts of charismatic leadership and transformational leadership on LMX After explaining the relationships between charismatic leadership and LMX and transformational leadership and LMX, the effect of a high qualified LMX established by Transformational Leadership on team effectiveness has been examined
