Gemi inşaatında yalın üretim ve değer akış haritalaması

Abstract

Günümüzde rekabetin en önemli unsurlardan biri maliyet diğeri ise teslim süresidir. Bu nedenle teslim süresi ve maliyetin düşürülmesi son derece önemlidir. Özellikle proje bazlı üretim yapan ve zaman, maliyet baskısı son derece yüksek olan gemi inşaatı sektörü için. Gemi inşaatı geniş bir ekipman parkı, malzeme, çelik konstrüksiyon, boru, makine, mobilya gibi birçok farklı uzmanlık gerektirir. Bu nedenle çok komplike bir sektördür. Bu çalışmada öncelikle 1950 yılında Japonya Toyota fabrikasında doğan bir üretim felsefesinden bahsedilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Yalın felsefin gemi inşaatı sektöründe uygulanabilirliğini ile ilgili araştırma yapılmıştır. Değer akışı haritaları çizilerek mevcut durum ile gelecek durum karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda mevcut durum üzerinde yapılacak bazı iyileştirmeler ile teslim süresi ve işçilik maliyetinde önemli ölçüde iyileştirmeler olacağı görülmüştür.In today's the most important part of competition is delivery time and cost. Therefore it is so important to decrease the delivery time and cost. Especially those two components are more important for ship building industry which is project based and high pressure of time and budget. The production of vessels requires a wide range of equipment, materials and specialized services such as steel construction, piping, machinery, carpenter..ect. Therefore it is so complicated. In this study firstly lean manufacturing philosophy that was raised in Toyata factory in Japan in 1950 was explained. The purpose of this study is to investigate the way of applying lean philosophy in ship building industry. In order to gain this purpose value stream mapping was used. Current and future condition map was crated and compared The result of this study after compere actual value mapping with future value mapping there is significant improvement on delivery time and labor cost.
