In this thesis study, the mechanical properties of glass-fiber reinforced composite materials used in various industrial fields such as automotive, aviation and prepared by "reaction injection transfer method" were investigated in the context of multi-objective experimental oıptimization using D-optimal experimental design by considering various numerical/categoric variables such type of glass fiber, amounts of activator, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide and calcite. Quadratic regression equations were obtained using experimental results and tested with various statistical analysis methods. Some important mechanical properties like tensile, impact and bending strengths were optimizated by means of these equations and significant results was achieved in the 90% confidence interval. All mechanical properties are influenced by the fiber type. All of the independent variables affect the flexural strength. Furthermore, activator amount affects only the flexural strenght. Optimization study showed that 18% calcite and 600 RTM type fiber must be used to ensure maximum strength to 5 mm FRP material.
