Türkiye'de güvenli internet politikaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de uygulanmakta olan Güvenli İnternet Hizmeti'nin kapsam ve etkinliği incelenmiştir. İnternet ortamındaki risk ve tehdit unsurlarını belirleyen literatür araştırmasının ardından Türkiye'de uygulanan Güvenli İnternet Hizmeti diğer ülkelerdeki uygulamalarla kıyaslanmış ve uluslararası mevzuat ve sözleşmeler çerçevesinde Türkiye'nin bulunduğu konum tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde kullanıcıların güvenli İnternet kavramına yönelik algılarının ve genel bilinç düzeyinin tespit edilmesi için anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Literatür taraması ve anket sonuçlarının istatistiksel analizi sonucunda elde edilen bulgular ışığında güvenli İnternet kavramının ve Güvenli İnternet Hizmeti'nin etkinliğine yönelik sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.In this study, the content and the efficiency of 'Safe Internet Service' applied in Turkey, was examined. After literature search that determines the risks and threat factors in internet, Safe Internet Service applied in Turkey was compared to the applications in other countries and Turkey's position was detected in the international regulations and agreements. In the second part of the study, a survey was carried on in order to evaluate the perception and consciousness level of the users for Safe Internet concept. In the light of the findings of literature search and the statistical analyses of the survey, the results were reached with regard to the efficiency of the concept of safe internet and Safe Internet Service.
