Hassas döküm için seramik kalıpların hazırlanmasında otomatik sistemlerin incelenmesi ve geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Döküm tekniğiyle üretim çok eski zamanlardan bu yana yapılmaktadır. Malzemelerin döküm yoluyla üretilmesi için zaman içerisinde gereksinimlere göre birçok teknik geliştirilmiştir. Bu geliştirilen teknikler sayesinde, üretim sonucunda oluşması istenilen karakteristik özelliklerin sağlanması, uygun bir döküm tekniği seçilerek gerçekleştirilebilmektedir.Bu tekniklerden biri olan hassas döküm yoluyla üretim eski çağlara uzanmasına rağmen, endüstriyel bazdaki üretim tekniği olarak kullanılması yakın bir geçmişi kapsamaktadır. Temel anlamda proses ilk keşfedildiği zamandan bu yana aynı kalsa da, modern teknolojilerle birleştirildiği zaman, konvansiyonel üretim teknikleriyle elde edilen ürünlerin oluşturamayacağı düzeyde imalatlar gerçekleştirilebilmektedir.Bu tekniğin en büyük dezavantajı ise üretim süresinin diğer endüstriyel yöntemlere göre çok uzun olmasıdır. Bu sürenin kısaltılması için gerçekleştirilmesi gereken yatırımlar ise çok pahalı olmaktadır. Bu iki etken ve proses aşamalarının uzun olması bu tekniğin yaygınlaşmasını engellemektedir.Bu çalışmada, hassas döküm prosesi, proses aşamaları, üretimde kullanılan malzemeler ve malzemelerin nitelikleri, seramik kalıp oluşturmak için kullanılan makineler ve teknikler hakkında bilgi verilmiş olup, prosesin en uzun kısmı olan seramik kalıp oluşturulması kısmını sağlayan yeni bir makine tasarımı yapılmıştır. Bu sayede prosesin en uzun kısmının kısaltılarak sürecin kısaltılması hedeflenmiştir.Tecnique of Manufacturing by casting method is based on antique time. A lot of casting methods have been developed to meet the requirements in time. These developed technics provide some characteristic specialities in consequence of manufacture, that can be actualized by choosing the right technic.Investment casting which is one of the developed technique in time, has been using as an industrial technic in the recent past even though it is based on antique time. Process of investment casting is nearly same from invention time to now . When it is combined with modern technology, manufacturing that can?t be manufactured conventional production technics can be done.The biggest disadvantage of investment casting is long manufacturing time, when it is compared other production technics. Investments for reducing process time can cost very expensive. Because of these two issues and its too long process time is the main reasons why invesment casting is not so popular.In this thesis, some knowledge is given about investment casting process, process levels, material of manufacturing and specialities of materials, used machine and technics to manufacture ceramic molds, and a machine is designed to reduce time that is the longest time of shell mold process.
