Fintek inovasyon yönetimi: Uluslararası karşılaştırmalı Türkiye modeli

Abstract

Finansal işlem ve hizmetlerin geçmişten bu yana geliştiği ve değişimler gösterdiği bilinmektedir. Belli dönemlerde gerçekleşen yenilikler sektörü de beraberinde değişime yöneltmektedir. Uluslararası işbirliklerinin beraberinde getirdiği mecburiyetler, devletlerin ihtiyaç duyduğu sermaye akışları, trendlerin sürekli değişiminin getirdiği dinamizm beraberinde finansal hizmetlerin teknoloji ile desteklenmesi ihtiyacını kaçınılmaz noktaya getirmiştir. Dünya genelinde bireylerin ihtiyaçları ve finansal taşıyıcıların faaliyetleri göz Fintek kavramının ortaya çıkmasında önemli bir etken olmuştur. Dünyada olduğu gibi Türkiyede de fintek önem verilen ve gelişmekte olan bir sektördür. Yapılan çalışmada Fintek kavramı altbaşlıkları ile birlikte incelenmiştir. Yapılan Literatür taraması fintek sektöründe geçmişten bugüne haritayı göstermiştir. Elde edilen genel bulgulardan sonra Fintekin nereden gelip nasıl bir yönelim gösterdiğini ve günümüzde trendin nereye gittiğinin anlaşılması için dünyada Fintek sektöründe güçlü hale gelmiş 4 farklı bölge seçilmiş ve inceleme yapılmıştır. Seçilen bölgelerin hangi uygulamalarla başarılı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu örneklerin Türkiyede halihazırda yapılmakta olan çalışmalarla uyumluluğu ve bireylerin eğilimleri de göz önüne alınarak incelenmesi ile bir model önerisi üzerine çalışılmıştır.

It is reported that financial transactions and services have developed and changed since the past. Innovations that take place in certain periods lead the industry to change along with it. Obligations brought by international cooperation, capital flows required by states, and the dynamism brought about by the constant change of trends have brought the need to support financial services with technology to an inevitable point. The needs of individuals around the world and the activities of financial carriers have been an important factor in the emergence of the concept of Fintek. As in the world, fintech is an important and developing sector in Turkey as well. In the study, the concept of Fintech was examined within subtitles. The literature review has shown the map from the past to the present in the fintech industry. by the general findings obtained, 4 different regions in the world that have become strong in the Fintech sector were selected and examined in order to understand how Fintech started by and what direction it showed and where the trend is going today. It has been determined that the selected regions are successful with which applications. A model proposal has been studied by examining the compatibility of these examples with the studies currently being carried out in Turkey and taking into account the tendencies of individuals.
