Bağımsızlıktan sonra Kırgız Cumhuriyetinin üye olduğu uluslararası örgütler

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması beş bölümden ibaret olup, aşağıda gösterildiği gibiyapılmaktadır.İlk bölümde, uluslararası örgütün tanımı açıklanarak, örgütlerin tarihi gelişimihakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Uluslararası Örgütlerin kuruluş amacı, yapısı, organlarıdetaylı bir şekilde açıklanmakla bereber, uluslar arası örgütlerin özellikleri sözkonusudur.İkinci bölümde, Kırgızistan'ın Sovyetler dönemi öncesi ve Sovyetlerdönemindeki tarihi hakkında söz edilerek Birliğin dağılması ve Kırgızistan'ınbağımsızlığı sureci anlatılmaktadır.Üçüncü bölümde Kırgızistan bağımsızlığı ardından uluslararası, siyasi ilişkilerive bölgesel entegrasyon adımları detaylı bir şekilde açıklanarak, Kırgızistan'ın üyeolduğu uluslararası örgütlerin tarihi gelişimi, kuruluşu, amacı ve Kırgızistan'ın buörgütlere üyeliği söz konusudur.Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümünde ise Kırgızistan'ın üye olduğu BağımsızDevletler Topluluğu açıklanmaktadır. Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu'nun kuruluştarihi, beyanname ve anlaşmaları, yapısı, organları ve askeri yönü detaylı bir şekildeverilerektedir. Bağımsız Devletler Topluluğu'nun Kırgızistan için önemi sözkonusudur.Son bölümde ise, Kırgızistan'ın üye olduğu ikinci bir Şanghay İşbirliği Örgütügenel olarak tanımlanarak, örgütün tarihi, kuruluş nedeni, anlaşmaları, organları,şartları, yapısı, toplantıları ve stratejik sonuçları detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmayaçalışılmıştır.In the first part there given the definition of an international organization andthe information about historical development of such organizations. Here we explainin details the purposes of establishment, the structures and the bodies of InternationalOrganizations and discuss their specific features.The second part treats of the history of Kyrgyzstan before the Soviet period andduring it, and of the collapse of the Soviet Union and the independence process ofKyrgyzstan.In the third part, giving detailed explanations about the international and politicrelations and steps in regional integration of Kyrgyzstan after independence, wediscuss the historical development, establishment and purposes of the internationalorganizations of which Kyrgyzstan is a member and the membership of Kyrgyzstanin these organizations.The forth part of this work treats of the Commonwealth of Independent Statesof which Kyrgyzstan is a member. Here the history of establishment, the declarationand the agreements, the structure, the bodies and the military aspect of theCommonwealth of Independent States are given in details. We discuss theimportance of the Commonwealth of Independent States for Kyrgyzstan.And in the final part we tried to characterize in general the second ShanghaiCooperation Organization, of which Kyrgyzstan is a member, and to explain indetails its history, reason of its establishment, agreements, bodies, terms, structure,meetings and the strategic results of this organization.
